Booking Policies
- As a general rule, sessions must be booked at least 2 days in advance. Emergency sessions are available on a case-by-case basis and will be priced accordingly.
- New client paperwork needs to be completed before the first session. Links can be found in your booking confirmation email. If you need the links again, please contact me.
- Client Paperwork will be reviewed on an annual basis.
- Clients who go twelve or more months between sessions will be considered new clients and will need to complete the paperwork again.
- My goal is to be as generous as possible with my time and provide grade and understanding to my clients. However, cancellation and no show policies are as follows:
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Sessions can be canceled and rescheduled within the scheduling software up to 1 day before the session. If sessions need to be canceled less than 1 day prior please contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduling will occur when possible, but I reserve the right to not allow rescheduling for those who abuse the policy.
- No Shows: I will hold the session open for ten minutes after the start time. I will attempt to text or reach the client if at all possible. As a general rule, no shows will NOT be refunded.
Session Policies
- Sessions are conducted over virtual conferencing (Zoom or other platform).
- Sessions generally last between 50-60 minutes.
- Sessions are confidential; however, I do need to report when there is an intent to harm oneself or others.
- Anything that is outside my scope of practice will be referred. I am not a medical provider and cannot treat or diagnose any medical condition.
