Pet Loss Grief Coaching
A virtual grief coaching session is a place for us to remember, honor, and nurture your love for your pet. Whether the loss coming soon or your pet passed long ago, grief occurs from the loss of our pet’s loving presence. Grief comes in many forms, and my goal as your guide is to help you find safe, helpful ways to express the grief, ways to remember your pet, and find meaning as the time passes.
I work within the grief pathfinder system, which is based upon radical acceptance and narrative therapy. The goal of this system isn’t to “get over” your pet’s loss or ignore the pain you feel. Instead, the focus is to find ways to live with and make room for your grief so that you can honor your pet and your relationship with them in a way that feels affirming to you.
Each session is unique, but can include guided imagery, breathwork, engaging with the story of your pet’s life and your feelings surrounding your pet’s loss.Â

Each session generally runs between 50-60 minutes.
This is not mental health therapy. I am not a trained mental health practitioner and cannot diagnose, treat, or prescribe for illnesses. However, I am trained to companion someone through grief, to witness their grieving and help them create meaning after their pet’s loss.
I am certified through Animal Talks, Inc.
All of my sessions are conducted virtually. I use a secure video conferencing provider.
